Cabinda: a good opportunity  to advance

The cabinda enclave can no longer be ignored by the Angolan presidency.

A range from  different fields of society - academics, human rights activists and so on, strain for  a dialogue in relation to the future of Cabinda.

President João Lourenço must end this taboo subject that has been afflicting Cabindans since Angolan independence.

Autonomy or independence typically have to overpass several readjustments.

If Lourenço's words  were to be accurate enough about administrative reforms, in actual fact we are only observing obscurantism or coarseness in reference to this theme. Regrettably you are missing out on a great opportunity!
